Baraka Tours
Baraka Tours specializes in the unique travel experience, offering exciting, educational and well-researched tours. Past travellers of all ages have been rewarded time and time again exploring emerging travel destinations in Southeast Asia, the South Pacific and China.
Each tour, ranging from 14 to 21 days, is carefully researched to appeal to both the casual traveller, as well as the more experienced individual. Recent programmes have had travellers walk among the palaces of Tibet, visit the holiest sites of India, climb the mountains of Nepal, cruise the Yangtze River, travel the Silk Road in China on the chartered Orient Express, explore the ruins of Angkor Wat in Cambodia and watch the sun rise over the temples of Bagan in Myanmar.
Experienced Leadership
Born and raised in Malaysia, Tour Director Ken Tham knows Asia intimately. With over 12 years in the travel business, Ken not only designs and leads his unique tours, he makes it a point to personally travel to each location, ensuring the programme he has developed will appeal to his clientele.
A former resident of Nepal, Australia, England and New Zealand, Ken has most recently lived in Canada for almost 20 years. It is because of his meticulous preparation, outgoing personality, contagious smile and years of experience that past travellers look forward to joining him on future destinations.
